Paul Lapointe was my first favorite designer in SL with such elegant suits and goth wear.  He has continued to be one of the best clothing designers in SL for me as well as women as he has moved fully to mesh.  Suits, shirts, pants, jeans, shoes, and jewelry by his partner BastChild Lotus, you name it there is so much.  From L$130 T shirts to L$1,199 for the hawt Elise Knee Boots fatpack.  ALWAYS TRY THE DEMO - with mesh there may be challenges with size and shape as well as the all important Alpha layers.

Slink - MESH Feet, Hands, and Shoes

For years shoes came built around their own feet and you had to try to adjust every one to your skin tone, which was a big challenge to the ladies, and going barefoot was not pretty.  Shoe designers addressed this first with their own sculpted feet and you could wear them barefoot or with that designer's shoes which was good for them to tie you to their shoes but what self respecting girl doesn't have a hundred pair of shoes from all the best designers?  Then came Slink, we saw them barefoot then with their shoes and now everywhere you go they are what other designers are working to as the base.  This makes it SO much easier because you always have the same feet and shoes are either Flat, Mid, or High (though of course you need all three foot types). L$675 for each foot type, L$450 for a single hand, L$1,250 for a set of 5.

Redgrave - Skins and MESH Men & Women's Clothes

Yes Redgrave is widely known among SL residents but you may not have been back there lately to see the great new mesh work they are doing, especially for men!  Very nice casuals and more dressy wear and great shoes.  From L$200 to L$900 for clothes to outfits, L$1490 and up for skin packs.  ALWAYS TRY THE DEMO - with mesh there may be challenges with size and shape as well as the all important Alpha layers.

Back from Sabbatical!

Yes it's been nearly a year my friends, I'm sorry I have let the blog stagnate as our SL continues to change and grow and everything has gone MESH!  Honestly I couldn't rightly claim fashion credentials without a makeover myself thanks to my dearest friend - upgraded shape, new skin, hair, mesh wardrobe and it feels great!

The Skinnery - Women's Soft Realistic Skins

Satie comes through with another great find, this is a small skin designer making gorgeous ultra realistic skins and really nice shapes and makeup. L$800 - L$990.

Similar Italian Footwear - Women's Couture Shoes

I have been meaning to blog Similar for simply ages but now that I'm on a roll I'm finally getting there!  Seeing them pop up occasionally on MP they looked nice and a visit to the store was pretty wow for the great variety and wow for the price which reminds me of some other very high end shoe designers.  The designs are very unique and gorgeous and the texturing is exquisite.  Lots of stilettos and boots, some cute sandals too from L$600 - L$950.

NN Designs - Women's Sexy Urban Casuals

This is a nice take on urban casuals with a nice variety of different pieces and outfits.  Jean shorts, jeans, skirts, sweaters, jackets, jumpsuits.. lots of fun stuff with nice texturing.  Not fancy but good every day wear from L$99 - L$490.
